Patience!

We had our first group meeting this week to introduce us to the training plan and get some basics out of the way. Looks like the formal training won’t begin until January 1, so we have some time to get things in order. At the moment I’m getting my bike setup, making sure i know how to use the trainer, and looking at local places where I can swim. Still trying to get in a few runs a week to. It wou;d be a shame to lose all that marathon conditioning!

So again, not much to report, and I suspect it will be another week or so before I post again.
