Taking Advantage of Recovery Week

I do look forward to recovery weeks. It’s a chance to lay off a bit and…well recover, mentally and physically. I can’t imagine a training program without it.

Things are going well so far, and I feel like I’m starting to get in the groove of things. I think my next big hurdle will be when we start riding outside. I’ve only been on a couple of bike rides in my life, and am certainly not accustomed to hours and hours in the saddle. We’ll see!
