Exhale under water…

Who knew you could exhale under water?  That’s the first thing I learned when I started to read about proper freestyle swimming technique.  It’s not something I was ever taught before.  I got to practice a few times before my first Masters Swim class earlier this week, and boy I’m glad I did!  I just finished my second class, with about 1500 yds each time.  I still need a little rest after each 50, but it’s feeling much more comfortable now.  I have 13 more weeks of class to get my technique right, so at this point, I’m feeling pretty good!
