So they say to sleep tonight, because tomorrow I won’t get any. Hope they are wrong. But preparing tonight just in case. :). Night!

Yesterday we did sprints. This morning I could hardly stand!! Plantar Fasciitis sucks. Hoping to still run 13 tomorrow in 2:10. We’ll see!
