Bootcamp and Volleyball

Decided to skip the 5 mile run today (shhh), and go to bootcamp instead.  Of course, we ended up doing sprints, so I guess it worked out just fine.  Between that and all the jumping in volleyball tonight,  my legs are telling me to just run the 5 miles next time and be done with it!  One thing I have noticed though…I can jump!  Not like a real volleyball or basketball player mind you,  but I can in fact get off the ground (sand) for a good block or two.  That’s a new one for me…

Up early tomorrow for a tempo run.
